Terms and Conditions for Furniture Rental

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before renting furniture from our company. By renting furniture from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Collection and Return of Furniture

    • All rental furniture must be collected and returned by a courier of your choice. We do not provide delivery or pick-up services.
    • Your company is responsible for all transportation arrangements, including but not limited to, the collection and return of the rental furniture to and from our location.

  2. Handling and Transport

    • It is your company's responsibility to ensure that all rental furniture is properly blanket-wrapped during transport to prevent any damage.
    • Any costs associated with the wrapping and transportation of the furniture are the responsibility of your company.

  3. Damage and Replacement Costs

    • Upon collection and return, the furniture will be inspected for any damage. In the event that any damage is found, we reserve the right to charge your company the full replacement cost of the damaged item(s) as detailed in the rental agreement.
    • The replacement cost will be determined based on the current market value of the item(s) and may include any additional costs incurred to replace the item(s).

  4. Rental Period

    • The rental period will be specified in the rental agreement. Any extensions to the rental period must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
    • Late returns may incur additional fees as specified in the rental agreement.

  5. Payment Terms

    • Payment for the rental must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the rental agreement. Failure to comply with the payment terms may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

  6. Liability and Insurance

    • Your company is responsible for the rented furniture from the time of collection until the time of return. It is recommended that you obtain insurance to cover any potential damage or loss during the rental period.
    • We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury caused by the rented furniture during the rental period.

  7. Use of Furniture

    • The rented furniture is to be used only for the purposes specified in the rental agreement. Any unauthorized use of the furniture may result in additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.
    • The furniture must be used and maintained in accordance with any guidelines provided by us.

  8. Termination of Agreement

    • We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time if you breach any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
    • Upon termination, you must return the rented furniture immediately. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
