Order Pickup
- Order Pickup Timeline: Once your order is placed, you have 20 days to collect your item(s). If the order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will automatically be canceled without a refund.
- Ready for Pickup Notification: Most items are ready for pickup within an hour of purchase. However, please wait for the 'Ready for Pickup' email to confirm that your order is available before arriving at our location.
- Pickup Location: All pickups are from our store located at 42-33 24th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101.
Shipping (New York City Boroughs Only)
- Single Chair Shipping: We offer shipping for single chairs to the five boroughs of New York City. You can select this option at checkout.
Final Sale Policy
